New build house for in-fill site in an industrial alley in Bethnal Green for industrial designer and architect duo Dunne and Raby.

The building will be a live work-space featuring open plan levels to accommodate living space for directors Tony Dunne and Fiona Raby and working space for their practice. The ground floor and mezzanine office space will be clearly delineated from the living spaces on the first and second floors. Both spaces are defined as ‘L’ shaped forms within a cube.

The dramatic double height frosted glass street elevation brings natural daylight to the interiors and gives a powerful street presence.
